Baytown Ace Industrial Services is capable of applying many products, including aluminum bronze, chrome oxide, stainless steel, tungsten carbide and other materials to repair worn/damaged areas and increase the longevity of new products. It's common for us to spray pump volutes, shafts, impellers and bearing housings. Thermal spraying is an economical way to repair worn areas on parts, including seal and bearing areas. The coating of new and used parts is also very common to prevent wear, corrosion or erosion on the base material.
