Water Jet Cutting Technology
Baytown Ace Industrial Services has two Flow Mach4 waterjet machines on-site with a 94,000 psi intensifier pumps and a 5-axis cutting head capable of cutting up to 60 degree bevels. We are able to handle materials up to 8" thick and 24' in length with this latest cutting technology.
Using ultra-high pressure water, we can cut through any material, leaving a smooth, satin finish. With its high powered pump using abrasive material, it can cut any material including, but not limited to, rubber, plastic, glass, stone, steel, brass, inconel, hastelloy, copper, stainless steel and aluminum. With such advanced precision water-jet cutting technology, Baytown Ace Industrial Services is able to provide productivity and versatility to our customers in many industries. We are able to cut brackets, guards, pad eyes, gaskets, shims, lifting lugs and more with a clean, burr-free, heat-free cut.
