Baytown Ace Industrial Services maintains a highly equipped fabrication shop. Our staff has experience with forming and rolling and other processes as well as fabrication of piping guards, agitator blades, bulk solids transfer lines, augers, pig launchers/traps, horizontal boring swivels/reamers, pump bases, blower wheels, brackets, adapters, skids, and much more. Our welding capabilities include GTAW, GTAW-P, GMAW, GMAW-P, FCAW, and SMAW as well as soldering and brazing. We can meet all of your repair and fabrication needs from the repair of impellers to piping. Our staff has valuable experience welding on any material, including cast iron, stellite, aluminum, nickel, titanium, and other metals.
